Bluehost is one of the world’s largest hosting companies. As part of Automattic I provided them with advice and consulting on improving the conversion rates of their signup and checkout flows.

I (:facepalm:) stupidly didn’t capture the annotated versions of the walkthroughs with suggestions and what subsequently was tested and implemented.

I’m showing here simple captures of the two major signup walkthroughs (regular WordPress and WooCommerce) which we used as a basis to run a series of very regular split tests on the flow — one every two weeks for a period of ten months.
